Introduction
 
DMM Crypto Co., Ltd. (the "Company") provides this notice for “Pre-registration Item Present Campaign” the "Campaign") to outline the details, participation methods, precautions, etc. for the blockchain game “KANPANI☆GIRLS RE:BLOOM”(such video game, the "Game") offered by the Company. 
Participants who will join the Campaign (the “Participants”) are requested to read the following information and agree to the terms before participating.
 
Campaign period
From July 30 (Tuesday), 2024(JST) to undecided.
The Campaign’s end date has not yet been determined. As soon as it is decided, the Company will announce such end date on the Company official X or the Company official website. 
*The Campaign period is subject to change without notice. Please understand it in advance.
 
 
◇Campaign details
 
(1) Outline
After the release of the Game, the Company will provide in-game items (the "Items") that can be used in the Game to all the Participants who have an account.
 
(2) How to participate in 
Regardless of whether the Participants have pre-registered for the Game or not, anyone who has an account after the release of the Game will be eligible to receive the Items.
 
(3) Item Details:
The grade of the Items given as gifts will vary depending on the number of pre-registrations for the Game. The details of the Items to be given as gifts will be announced on the Company official website and other channels as they become available.
 
(4) Precautions
The grade (content) of the Items will vary based on the number of pre-registrations. The Items will be awarded cumulatively.
 
(5) Timing of the Items awarded 
• The Items that the Participants get will be gradually added to the "Gift Box" within their Game accounts after the release of the Game. Please note that the timing of these additions may change without notice.
• If the Participant's game account is deleted or suspended for any reason before the Items are granted, the Participants will not receive the Items.
 
◇Precautions
The following notes apply to the entire Campaign. Please be sure to read the following notes carefully and agree to them before participating in the Campaign.
 
(1) The Game is the blockchain game provided through Seamoon Portal (the "SMP Portal") as an SMP Application that will employ the functions of the platform "Seamoon Protocol" taking web3 technology (the “SMP Apps”).
Participants wishing to participate in the Campaign are requested to review the SMP Portal (Seamoon Portal) Terms of Use (https://front.portal.dm2c.dmm.com/ja/terms/smp-portal).
 
(2) To participate in the Campaign, the Participants need to register as a member of SMP Auth, which is an application that creates an SMP Accounts, which is commonly used across applications utilizing SMP functions, providing a means for user authentication.
Please note that the Participants who have not registered with SMP Auth are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
 
(3) The Game and the Campaign are only available for the Participants aged 18 and above.
 
(4) Even before the end of the Campaign period, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Company may suspend, terminate, or modify all or part of the Campaign. Please note that the Company will not be responsible for any damages in such cases.
 
(5) The Participants cover the costs of Internet connection and the costs of communication incurred when participating in the Campaign.
 
(6) Please make sure to enter all required information accurately when participating in the Campaign. The Company will not be liable for any disadvantage incurred by participants because of incorrect entry of required information.
 
(7) The Company will handle the Participant personal information obtained in accordance with the Company Privacy Policy (https://seamoon.dmm.com/privacy/).
 
(8) If the Participants delete Participants' SMP Portal, SMP Auth account, X (Twitter), Discord, YouTube, or other necessary external accounts (the "External Accounts") during the Campaign period, or if the Participants' External Account is terminated, suspended, or otherwise disabled, the Company cannot grant in-game items or rewards, and any of the accumulated Points may be forfeited. Additionally, using a different social authentication to log in than the one registered for the Campaign may result in the inability to receive or lose the accumulated Points or the Items. The Company will not be responsible for any damages incurred by the participants because of these actions.
 
(9) The Participants may not sell or transfer the Items acquired through the Campaign to third parties. (However, for the Items handled in the market in the Game, the Participants may trade them with other players through market functions or similar methods.)
 
(10) The granting of the Items through the Campaign does not grant or transfer any copyright or other rights to the Participants, except for the right to use the Items in the Game.
 
(11) There may be a delay in the awarded of the Points or the reflection of in-game items. If this occurs, please wait for a while and then reload the page. The Company will not be liable for any damages incurred by participants due to this.
 
(12) The Participants may not receive the Points or in-game items if any of the following applies:
(a) If the required information cannot be processed due to an error or incompleteness in inputting the required information etc.; and
(b) If it is discovered or suspected participants is affiliated with or involved with anti-social forces or similar entities.
 
(13) Please note that the Company cannot respond to any questions regarding the results of the Advanced Gacha play or lottery results.
 
(14) If the Participants creates multiple accounts to participate in the Campaign (including but not limited to using bots) or engages in any fraudulent activities or actions that go against the intent and purpose of the Campaign, their participation in the Campaign will be considered invalid, and they will not receive any item gifts.
If the Items have already been granted to the Participants, those Items may also be invalidated, and the Company may remove them from the Participants' account or request their return. The Company will not be responsible for any damages incurred by such Participants because of these actions.
 
(15) If the Participants cause any damage to the Company or any third party, such as by committing any fraudulent or illegal act in the Campaign or by violating these precautions, the Participants will be liable to compensate us or the third party for such damage (including attorney's fees). The Participants will be obligated to compensate the Company or the third party for such damage (including attorney's fees).
 
(16) This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to or in connection with this notice, which cannot be resolved despite good faith discussions between the Company and participants, shall be exclusively and finally settled by arbitration in the defendant domicile in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (the “ICC”) in Tokyo, Japan for arbitration which shall be conducted in English language, and accordance with the ICC’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both the Company and participants.
