We have sent an email today to customers eligible for refunds regarding purchases made through the iOS version of the app. 

The email is titled: “かんぱに☆ガールズRE:BLOOMご返金手続きのお知らせ”(“Notice of Refund Procedure for KANPANI☆GIRLS RE:BLOOM.”)

Please review the refund amount detailed in the email and complete the necessary procedures by April 4, 2025 (Friday).

 

If you have any questions or discrepancies regarding the refund details, please contact the support desk mentioned in the email within 10 business days from the date of email delivery (by April 4, 2025). 

To facilitate a smoother resolution, we kindly ask that you attach a screenshot showing your purchase amount when making inquiries.

Please note that amounts already refunded directly through Apple have been deducted from the total refund amount.
