•Purchases made via credit card during pre-sale period, or through Android apps and web browsers within the game:
All transactions have been canceled and completed by our company. The timing of refunds may vary depending on the payment method. For further inquiries, please contact your payment service provider.
•Purchases made using cryptocurrency during pre-sale period:
Refunds have been completed by transferring funds to the MetaMask wallet used at the time of purchase.
•Purchases made via iOS apps:
Refunds are being processed sequentially for customers who submitted refund requests through the designated form by February 28, 2025 (Friday) at 11:59 PM JST. Emails detailing the refund method are scheduled to be sent between late March and early April. We kindly ask for your patience until further notice.
